Reinhardt installed my furnace 23 years ago, every service representative during those years, have always been very friendly, patient and helpful and extremely competent, as well has the office personnel. A new serviceman came out yesterday, with an assistant, and as usual both were wonderful I can't say enough about how they have all treated me over the years. Yesterday. I had a compacitor replaced and due to my medical issue costs, was concerned about cost. Reinhardt reduced the cost from $133 to $100 for me, I don't know who approved this savings, but would like for that person to know how grateful I am. I know this furnace is old and will need to be replaed in the near future. I absolutely will purhase it from Reinholdt, without even checking anywhere else.

Refrigeration and HVAC are related but serve different purposes. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems are designed to control temperature, humidity, and air quality in indoor environments, while refrigeration primarily deals with cooling and preserving items like food and beverages. Understanding their distinctions can help you choose the right system for your needs.

A heat pump is a type of HVAC system that uses a heat transfer process to provide both heating and cooling for indoor spaces. It extracts heat from the outside air or ground in heating mode and reverses the process in cooling mode. This versatility makes it an energy-efficient choice, especially in regions like Lincolnton, Gaston, Catawba, and Mecklenburg counties. Contact Reinhardt to learn more about heat pumps and the current tax credits being offered through the Inflation Reduction Act.

The ideal outdoor temperature to turn on your heating system can vary depending on personal comfort preferences and the insulation of your home. However, many people find it comfortable to start using heating systems when the outdoor temperature drops below 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit. Adjustments can be made according to your comfort and energy-saving goals.
